Leasing Specialist - Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro
The primary responsibility of this position is to keep the property at its highest possible occupancy by effective leasing and marketing the apartment community.  Other duties may include but are not limited to answering the telephone, responding to e-mail inquiries and processing rental applications.

Maintenance Technician - Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro
This position handles the service requests and performs general maintenance duties for the apartment community.  This individual needs to be able to complete timely make-readies, ground maintenance, general upkeep and other duties as assigned.  Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to respond to after hour emergency requests.
