Westminster Station is the planned development of a parcel located approximately one block south of the Westminster Light Rail Station.
The development will consist of a 279-unit market-rate apartment building that will offer residents studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options on five stories.
In addition to best-in-class finishes, the building will also offer residents an outdoor pool, fitness center, club room, and on-site parking as well as surface parking options.
The building will also be home to 13,800 SF of commercial space.
Westminster Station’s location will offer rapid, cost-effective transport for residents who work in Denver but wish to live outside of the city.
The project is scheduled to be complete in 2025.
