Karen Pionk is the General Manager at Sheraton Duluth Hotel, located in Duluth, Minnesota, a $16 million asset owned and operated by Sherman Associates.

While achieving Sheraton brand standards, Pionk develops and executes strategies to drive revenue and maximize market share as well as provide high-quality service to hotel guests.

With over 15 years of experience, Pionk has a proven track record of successful hotel management across many regions and is well-established in the Duluth area. She has brand experience with major franchises including Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt. Pionk is the Board Chair for Visit Duluth and was formerly the Board Chair for both Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC) and Benedictine Health System.

Pionk holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from the College of Saint Mary.
